Direct Express Auto Transport thoroughly satisfied me, easily exceeding expectations. I needed my daughter’s car transported from college near Chicago to our home in NY. All communications were timely and clear. I chose the least expensive option which has a wide pick up window. The pick up was scheduled for the first day of the window, however we were not ready to deliver the car. Another driver was assigned to pick up the next day.. Delivery was two days later within a one hour time window we were given. Driver was professional. Pick up and delivery were flawless. I’m about to use them again, this time to move a car from NY to CA for another daughter’s grad school.
