I had my Hybrid Lexus picked up from Arizona and transported to TN. After booking & paying on there website, After I got an email confirmation that a truck was assigned, on Monday morning I was able to communicate to dispatcher and later with the driver without any issues and knew when the driver was arriving to deliver the car. The car was delivered mid day and no issues whats so ever.
Really it was a breeze and they were cheaper than other transporter I had contacted.
