My experience with transporting my vehicle with Direct Express was excellent. From the first call I made, every aspect of the move was professional and informative. Details were emailed to me to keep me informed. From research done on the internet, I learned that Direct Express was in good standing with the Better Business Bureau and was by far the most competitive in price. They are also one of the largest transport companies around with few complaints. The carrier arrived earlier than anticipated and was courteous. Although my vehicle arrived a day later than anticipated I was called several times by the carrier and I knew exactly when my vehicle would arrived. It was clean and well cared for. I would recommend Direct Express to anyone.
