When my Jaguar died in rural Minnesota, on a weekend, while I was on vacation and it became apparent I would need to transport it back home to be fixed, I used the Internet to locate a number of possible transport companies. I requested quotes from a transport broker and also contacted Direct Express. I wanted to make arrangements for my car's transport before I left the state to return home without it. Direct Express handled everything for me on that Saturday morning, giving me the peace of mind I wanted. They were helpful and friendly throughout the process. The transport they arranged was willing to go to the very rural gravel parking lot to retrieve my car. The car was picked up on Monday and delivered to my mechanic on Tuesday.
I finally starting getting quotes from the online borker early in the workweek. Most of those were somewhat lower than Direct Express. However, it was important to me to make the arrangements on Saturday, so I don't regret paying a bit more. Direct Express' availability and friendliness (Alexandra) on the phone won the business.
