I'm completely satisfied with the customer service department at Direct Express. Always easy to reach. Dispatchers are always there to answer my questions and the driver. They act immediately in contacting the driver and the driver calls me right away.
The driver assigned to me, Jason Ball, is very reliable and honest. No item was lost during the transport process.
The driver is very flexible with my personal schedule and we worked out a plan of him picking up my vehicle and he kept me updated on his approximate time of arrival for pickup.
The price of the transport was reasonable and I would recommend to my friends and family this company.
