Shipping from Harrisburg, PA to Los Angeles, CA, busy traffic route, shouldn't take a few days to get the car shipped, that was according from the Direct Express Auto Transport. Order was placed at 10/31/2011, cancelled order at 11/15/2011.

Car was never be picked up, no follow up neither. More than two weeks waiting time was not acceptable. Poor customer service, one time said maybe my quote was not enough, I need to pay more to get the car shipped, another time said sorry but nothing that they can do. My last phone call, they just wanted me to cancelled this order. Stay away from Direct Express Auto Transport.

Our outstanding reputation including A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau speaks for itself. Customer Ji Li in City of Industry, CA probably did not realize that a huge snowstorm hit the Harrisburg, PA area and knocked out power to millions of homes. Transport drivers steered clear for several days, which caused a backlog of shipments. We are sorry for the delay and any inconvenience to Mr. Ji Li. We wish him well in all his future endeavors.
