Pick up was on time in Arizona and car was delivered early in Minnesota! If you have an antenna on your car i recommend taking it off BEFORE it gets on the truck [if it is on the botom like mine was] because it will get bent when they position the cars above it, luckly i was there to take mine off! Overall very satisifed and I would for sure use Direct Express again!
