This company told me it would take 10 days for my car to be delivered. On day 10 my car had not arrived so i called the company. They said that they were held up but would not give me a reason.

For the next five days i kept calling and getting different stories.


Here's the real story : I'm sorry but our driver will pulled over and his license was expired so that caused the delay.


I was not compensated for my RENTAL CAR expenses and no fees were waived. BEWARE!!!!!

Our outstanding reputation including A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau speaks for itself. Customer Cindy Gunraj was shipping her car from White Plains, New York to Hollywood, California and we told her it usually takes 7-10 days on the road for that trip. Fortunately we assigned a driver the same day that she ordered and her car was quickly on its way. The driver had a hiccup at the end which obviously Ms. Gunraj feels is deserving of special consideration, but she is mistaken. This was actually good service because her car was picked up so fast. We wish Cindy Gunraj lots of luck in all her future endeavors.
