I was contacted by broker who never picked up my truck and for 3 days kept giving us the run around, so I called direct connect's number on this site and spoke to their dispatch manager Mr Richards and explained my dilemma, within an hour he had his truck driver call me and our truck was on its way , I would recommend them to everyone, thanks guys
