After our car was delivered late at an inflated rate of $1900, we realized that there was severe damage done to the undercarriage of our vehicle.
John (he refused to tell us his last name, however I believe he was the owner of the company, John Costelac) at Direct Connect contacted me to strongly request I take down reviews. I never cursed at John, but he was completely unprofessional and out of line with me. He cursed several times and told me he would "smear your @sses left and right all over the internet" and not to think they wouldn't "use the means to purchase a website" with my name in it to defame and "slander" me. He stated "we can play dirty too". All I have done is left an honest review of our services and treatment. John also stated "We don't give a sh!t here at this company and we will still be in business in 20 years from now". I can not believe how crooked this company and its owner is. You CAN NOT bully a customer (who wrote an honest review) into taking down a review with threats of slander!
