Attempt 1 to have my car transported was a total exercise in frustration. I made the agreement weeks in advance of the date I needed the car shipped and as the due date arrived, a "Chinese Firedrill" erupted. Long story short, the date the car needed to go was missed and no assurance of when it might go was provided, so I canceled that arrangement and signed on with Paul and Direct Connect Auto Transport. What a relief.
Paul got the brunt of my frustration and handled all of my "issues" professionally. He was forthright and honest in explaining the nuances of the auto transport business to me, including the realities of a fair fare to ship vs. an unrealistic discount rate. I signed up and had a call from the driver's dispatcher in less than 2 hours. Would I use Paul and Direct Connect Auto Transport again? Oh yeah.
