Problems sensed from the start. I called, got an estimate, everything seemed easy. I called back several days later to book, all seems OK. Electronically signed contracts, paid for the full price upfront. After signing, I get a call back 30 minutes later "Oh, the driver needs an extra $50". Excuse me? We just signed contracts? Fine, I agree anyway and we sign a new round of contracts. Come time for pickup, the driver is a no show. Call DirectConnect, they apologize and promise the driver will be there the next day. AGAIN, the driver doesn't make it (he's now in a neighboring state instead), all the while DirectConnect thought he was "en route" (we had to call them and inform them again of what wasn't going on). They again apologize and PROMISE AGAIN the driver will be there in a specific half hour window two days later. AGAIN THE DRIVER IS A NO SHOW. 3 failed scheduled pickups over the course of a 7-8 day transaction. I wasted significant money next-day shipping keys to the origin to be in time for the original pickup date, the time of my contact at the origin was wasted (he waited at the origin while the driver didn't appear), they burned my entire week+ window of opportunity to get the car picked up. EPIC FAIL.
