My experience with Direct Auto Transport was very good and I would recommend them to anyone looking for service that is above and beyond what other transportation companies were offering. I actually had just gotten stiffed from another transport company, who cancelled my order and failed to tell me about it, until the day I needed it and called them to verify. So, I was stuck with a motorcycle that I was trying to have shipped to my son and I had to pay a tow truck to bring ti to my house. I looked for another company online when I got home and Kyle Ryan called me right away. In two hours I had a driver coming to my house to pick up the bike and it still made it to Arizona in a day, which is what I had originally promised my son!!!! The driver Murphy was beyond understanding and helpful in getting to my house, loading the mothorcycle on his truck and I was amazed at his human kindness and willingness to help me and do what ever it took to get a motorcycle that would not start!!! loaded onto his truck and shipped as planned. I was grateful and will be thankful for his kindness on that crazy day and for his ability to make the whole thing seem laughable by the time he left my house that evening. Wonderful customer service, pricing was cheaper than some other companies quoted me escpecially for overnight serivce and I would definitely use them again!!!
