I spoke with Jeffrey from Direct Auto Movers, Inc out of Irving Texas and he said he would have my car shipped, but also store for a little while, since I was not going to be in Virginia when it was delivered. He seemed very nice and helpful when I initially talked to him.

The 3rd party shipper called me 8 days before my car was supposed to be delivered stating he would deliver it the next day! I immediately called Jeff and told him this was not what we agreed upon, especially since I paid extra for my car to be stored and because I wasn't there to get my car. He said he would take care of it, but never did, then would not answer my phone calls or call me back. The 3rd party shipment company said they have to deliver it or charge me extra to store it. Jeff did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to help me out. He didn't take responsibility for his screw up, then left me hanging. On top of that, the day all this happened, he charged my credit card $99, which was more than what he was owed! Jeffrey was totally unprofessional and I would NOT trust him.

I would NEVER recommend this company.
