HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

Absolutely horrible experience through Direct Auto Movers. Vehicle was supposed to be picked up and delivered same day from Dallas to San Antonio. Car didnt get picked up and delivered until 3 days later. Direct Auto Movers contracts out my vehicle was actually drove from the lot and then picked up at their business. Brian is absolutely horrible at customer service and I had to always initiate contact and then he would respond, he would never make his timelines and then I would be the one calling him. Brian makes all of these promises and excuses but never follows through. I would not advise anyone to use Direct Auto Movers. Caught Brian in multiple lies about delays and Direct Auto Movers tried multiple times to get more money excedding the agreed upon price. Do what you want I have receipts and contacts where the vehicle was picked up and processed and also the drivers information who was the only person throughout this ordeal that did was he was supposed to on time no problems what so ever. We Have Terminated Cody As of November 2011. THIS CUSTOMER RECIEVED A FREE AUTO SHIPMENT FOR BRINGING THIS MATTER TO OUR ATTENTION. At Direct Auto Movers Inc we say thank you for taking the time to bring this to our attention. Over the two year span that Cody was employeed at out business there have been two incidences very similar in nature to this and it has been a formal process to ensure that this never happends again. THIS MAN WAS TERMINATED & CODY KIRKMAN IS NO LONGER EMPLOYEED AT DIRECT AUTO MOVERS INC>
