My car has not moved in ten days. It has been back east at the "terminal" since the day it was picked up in Boston MA. It was originally promised to me in 10-14 days. I paid extra for the "expedited" delivery and enclosed transport. Have spoken to three different people today at "Dependable" and all have given me different excuses. Too many cars going from east to west, they only have two drivers, the fires in California caused delays (thats a really GOOD one- the fires have been out for almost two weeks- the car is going to Portland Oregon!). I am trying to remain calm and reasonable with the people there but it is getting hard. If they could not reasonably fulfill their promise why didn't they just tell me from the start that it was going to be delayed. If I want to have another company pick up the car they will charge me a hefty "cancellation" fee. Wish I could charge them a hefty BS fee.
