Ms. Nelson has misrepresented the facts concerning our dealings with
her. She booked this move and made no mention of wanting her car to be
in a covered area. She called us and demanded that we put her car in a
covered area and we accommodated her request. This vehicle was to be
delivered on time as promised. Ms. Nelson, for reasons known only to
her, then cancelled the order and demanded that we return her vehicle
after we had paid our terminal $100 to pick her car up. We agreed to
release her car if she would be kind enough to reimburse us for the
expenses incurred. We faxed the proper documents to be signed and faxed
back to our customer service department. Ms. Nelson then faxed the
release form directly to the terminal without submitting payment. Our
terminal recognized the fax number as a local number and called us to
see if Ms. Nelson did in fact pay for expenses incurred. We advised the
terminal that we did not receive payment and that they were not to
release the vehicle. After several attempts to satisfy Ms Nelson and
receive payment, we released her car and absorbed the costs associated
with this move. Our relationship with Ms Nelson has cost our company
$100 and earned us the privilege of being subjected to foul language,
verbally abused, having out reputation slandered and our good name drug
through the mud.
