Fourth & LAST time I will use DAS

The first two expeirences with DAS were OKAY. The third time, I was shipping my car from San Diego, to Virginia.(San Diego to Virginia all 4 times) While tracking my car every couple of days to check the progress, was nice at first..it was VERY unreliable the last two times. It would go back in forth, in transit, at termial.ect. Two weeks AFTER my 'Estimated Time Of Arrival' I started getting a little fussy, and FINALLY recieved my car almost 4 weeks after my estimated due date. While that made me a little angry, I figured..well maybe if I use them again, It would be better. WRRRONNNGGG. Although I believe this time (fourth time) isnt as bad as the last time...Customer service seems to be very non caring and just plain un helpful. Although this time, it is only 2 weeks past due date, the couple of times i called, even customer service couldnt tell me where my car was, nor would call me back after saying they would figure out what was going on. Not trying to recieve special service, although i felt like i was a pretty commited customer spending around 4,000 with them in the last year and a half, I just felt very unapprecaited and couldnt even give me enough respect to call back (after saying the would 3 times over a weeks period) and let me know where my car was. THE ONLY PLUS is the Ashland, VA terminal is THE BEST. I lived about 2 hours from the terminal and the guy there has stayed late, came early, and even has communicated with me to meet him and get my car. He is very understanding and even washed my car off for me a couple of times right before i had got there, because 'he didnt want me to drive home 2 hours with a windsheild i couldnt see through'. He's probably the only reason I gave DAS so many chances.
