I'm not going to make this long, many others have already done that for me. I placed an order specifically asking about the delivery dates because I wanted to make sure when comparing shipping companies that everything was apples to apples. Well, I decided to go with DAS because of their stated delivery date which I verified three times with Brian Evans. I asked, 'so 5 days after it's picked up it'll be delivered?'.....his response, 'Yes, of course'.

Well, here I am, I've already contacted my attorney, I still don't have my motorcycle, they still won't call me back and tell me what's going on, and I have been calling them for over a week now just to speak to someone who could give me some answers that I'd believe.

I would never recommend this company to anyone....you're better off flying out (even with the airline troubles trust me, it will still be easier) and picking it up yourself. It might also save you from incurring some of the damages people have been writing about.

Honestly, I don't know how a company can do this to people in today's world. My attorney is taking over, I don't have the patience to deal with DAS anymore!
