My car was damaged and I was told to file a claim. Had to get two estimates and pictures of the damage. Mail it to processing center just to find out they have $250 deductible so all the effort to file a claim was just waist of time. Not only got my car damaged, but also waisted my time to make the damage right. Bad customer service. Find someone else to ship your car!
