I chose Dependable Auto Movers after comparing approximately 15 other carriers/ brokers. They quoted me the best price. However, the decision was made after reading their Transport Reviews. Even thought they had received negative reviews several months back, their recent reviews were consistently excellent. I was also reassured after talking to Sarah and Kim - They were courteous and professional. The car was delivered 6 days later than their initial estimate (13 days after pick-up). Since I did not have an urgent need to use the car, I was very satisfied with the experience - The price was right and the service/ follow-up was satisfactory.
