This was my first time having to use a transporter service so I was very nervous. I checked alot of companies and their background on the BBB. Everything I read about Dependable Auto Movers left me confident they would be the best choice for the job. After talking to the operator she left me feeling assured they were professional and caring. I wanted to give them enough time to find a driver and get my truck to me (safe & sound) and be realistic how long this would take. My truck was ready for pickup April 18 they picked it up April 20...the driver made sure he had my brother's info and also my contact information. I thought he would need ten to twelve days to come from California to Michigan...FOUR DAYS LATER THE DRIVER CALLED AND SAID "HEY,COME GET YOUR TRUCK". The driver was professional and polite. We did our checklist of the truck,paid my balance and was happily driving away in less than ten minutes. No surprise extra charges,no extra surprise fine print at the bottom of the agreement. The only surprise I got was my car being in my driveway SIX DAYS AHEAD OF MY EXPECTED TIME and confident if I ever needed a transporter again...Dependable Auto Movers are already on automatic dial.
