Broker did nothing special but shipper was excellent

Dependable Auto movers, as a broker, found me a shipper the day I called. This shipper was VIP LLC that origniated from Philadelphia. I was informed that shipper would arrive Sunday or Monday when I booked on Thurday and my car was picked up on Monday. Picked up car a mile from my house which was not a problem. Car took a week to deliver and was delivered at mutually desired location which was different that I had already booked (told to deliver in Bayonne NJ instead of Jersey City NJ) and I was happy they accomadated. Carf was slighlty dirty but as expected driving cross country. There was no damage.

In retrospect, for a broker, Dependable auto movers did what they promised and found me a carrier. However, they took a $135 deposit just to post my car on a general car shippers website. Next time, I will call VIP LLC directly and ask for Beck as my driver instead of going through a broker.
