The overall process i went through was great. I received a quote, filled out the paperwork and within a day i was called back and was told my transportation had been arranged. They picked the bike up on time, when they said they would, gave me an approximate delivery date which was met as well. The gave me a date of Wednesday or Thursday depending on the weather. As they promised it was here on Thursday. The only problem I ran into was that i paid for an enclosed delivery and it was delivered on an open truck, so i called the company, they apologized and said they would credit me the difference. Overall i had a great experience. Thank you for making this easy for me.
