I ship many cars out, sometimes a few a week. This particular case I had two going to closer area. Bob will give you a quote and it will be picked up in so many days supposedly blah blah blah.... So after 5-7 business days when your told its supposed to be picked up, vehicle is still sitting here. So I call once a day for 5 days or so, you will never get to speak to Bob again other than for quotes, his receptionists put it off or hes out of the office, blah blah blah. Anyways, I was very nice on the phone, never got mad, but one of the ladies got extremely rude and hung up on me one day. Long story short, 3 weeks later after I got another company they call and say they might have someone in the area. Long story short, I know they are a broker and can't control where drivers are at but maybe they should lie and promise things they cant control. OH best of all, the prices he quoted me weren't enough supposedly, so I offered another $700 between the two vehicle to get them out of here. Then I call back the next day and I brought that up and they didn't have any record of it. Thanks.Will never use again.
