After requesting to not deliver to a residential address due to power lines and trees, I watched Dave pull into a parking lot with trees on either side of the entrance. After initial impact of my vehicle, located on the top of his wedge, he refused to backup and pulled through, scratching the entire vehicle. After requesting to not go through insurance, he then refused to pay after seeing multiple quotes to fix the vehicle. His insurance also dragged their feet for over a month and a half until I engaged my own comprehensive policy, so the fix will now be complete after two months of dealing with this issue. I would not recommend this carrier but if you have to I highly recommend getting full comprehensive insurance before any vehicle is transferred to his care for transport.
