I contacted the sales rep again on Monday July 30th; Steven stated that he would know by the close of the day when my car would be picked up. He promised to call me that call never came. So I still have no idea when my car is going to be transported.
I picked this company based on the rating from the BBB. This company's rating back in Feb '07 was a "BB" which meant "A high rating. The company would generally have demonstrated good business-consumer relations, and we would expect any consumer complaints not to be of a serious nature and to be satisfactorily handled by the company."
To date their rating has fallen to a "F" which means "We strongly question the company’s reliability for reasons such as that they have failed to respond to complaints, their advertising is grossly misleading, they are not in compliance with the law’s licensing or registration requirements, their complaints contain especially serious allegations, or the company’s industry is known for its fraudulent business practices."
There have been 26 complaints against this company filed with the BBB within the past 26 months.

I still don't have a date as to when my car is will be picked up and delivered!!!
ORIGINAL REVIEW
Booked my transport from Buffalo, New York to Albuquerque, New Mexico back in March '07. Delivery date scheduled for August 6th. Customer Service rep today unable to locate a carrier to pick up my car. This company was quick to request a deposit, which I paid, but slow to act.
This transport has been booked months in advance so this delay is unprofessional to say the least. Sales rep said that he is now taking over and I should know by Monday July 30th if they were able to locate a carrier or not.
I picked this company based on their ratings from BBB, just goes to show that you can do all the homework upfront and still not be satisfied.
So it's a wait and see game!!!! I can not leave Buffalo until my car is picked up and I have to be in New Mexico by August 6th. My patience is wearing very thin......

This vehicle has been delivered already and it was picked up with in the 5 to 7 day window from the first available date of release.
