DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY...I had my car shipped from Vegas to Ft Lauderdale almost a month ago and I'm still waiting for my car!!!! I'm so frustrated and don't know what to do. They have it sitting in GA for over a week now and refuse to give me an answer as to when I will get it. They tell me it will get picked up on a certain day I call on that day then they say no it changed I don't know why and I can't give you an answer. They've hung up on me when I complain the Manager Karen still hasn't called me back and the sales associate I originally placed the order with, Larrie Dean, who I called to see if he could help me out and he had an attitude with me and transferred me to customer service when I told him they had attitude with me and didn't give me an answer. They are nice until they get paid then they treat you like crap! I don't know what to do I'm so frustrated. I'm a single mom of two babies and I can't keep renting a car its too expensive!!!
