This company damaged our vehicle upon delivery and refused to give us their insurance information. The driver who delivered our vehicle also tried to pressure us into taking a monetary compensation for the damages rather than report the damage to his insurance company. We have tried to file a claim with the insurance company provided to us by Domestic Auto Transport (the brokers of the transport) and have not received any resolution for the damages. No one has tried to contact us to resolve the situation, we are getting the runaround from the carrier's "insurance company." At this point, we are unsure if the insurance they have is legitimate. We have had to go through our personal insurance company to pursue this claim. This company is completlely unreliable and shotty.
