I had gone through a previous company, but had to cancel because I was given the run around on numerous occasions. hung up on, never called back, or emailed when I was told, so I cancelled (and low & behold the company takes money from me fraudulently-that's a whole separate issue). So when I called this company, I spoke with Daniel at first, and I was extremely reluctant because what I had just gone through. Daniel called me back, and was extremely helpful.
After a few days, I called to just get the status of what was going on. Spoke with Daniel again. (Mind you, the other company always "conveniently" hung up on me). HE assured me that they were still looking for a driver. I also got in touch with a woman named Shontelle from dispatch. I spoke with her on several occasions and she just continued giving me the status of what was going on. She'd call me back, and was very helpful.
After they had a truck for me, I was told it would be picked up Saturday, but the driver came early on Friday, so the party on the other end wasn't there, so the truck driver cancelled. This was completely out of anyone's control because the driver had showed up early. A little panicked because I'm desperate for my car to be here, I contacted the company first thing Monday, and spoke with Shontelle again & she put me right back to the top of the list. Within minutes, Daniel called me saying they had another driver ready. So for the driver to cancel & the company to immediately have another driver available was amazing! It took less than a week (about 6 days) for my car to be shipped from Ohio to CA. I got my car in good condition, I kept in contact with the truck dispatcher, and everything turned out great. I would recommend this company! They actually call you back!
