These people are good.... at getting your deposit and not giving it back. Also, I see whenever someone writes a complaint on this site, the company is quick to respond and defend their unprofessional-ism and poor customer service. Well respond away. As I read all of these reviews for "Crossroads Auto Transport", I see most of the complaints are about a man named Michael. Well here comes another one. Michael was the first person to contact me after I entered my quote info on a random website. After telling him about my awful experience with roadrunners auto transport, he sincerely apologized and said he was going to get my car to me in 2-3 days. Boy, he sounded perfect and knowledgeable. I was so wrong. He took my deposit and said I would get an e-mail to sign and send back. Before we hung up he said one his his customer service "ladies" would contact me within 24 hrs. Well, NONE of that happened. I never got the e-mail and nobody contacted me. Then when I called, he gave me an attitude about the e-mail. "Well I sent it!" he said. Super rude. He said I would have my deposit back by Friday... well it's Friday night and I do not have it. Thank God I found a reliable company and my car will be here tomorrow. Also, The Better Business Bureau rates this company as an F! Check it out
