Don't use a door to door service

I would imagine Crossover Transport as a broker did their job. Communication was great until they got my money. Then they quit answering e-mails. They were very friendly, however me getting my car wasn't as important to them as it was to me.
The car was picked up withing their allowed time frame. However the driver of A E Transworld who physically transported the car was late. Called seller of vehicle at 10 pm for an 11 pm pickup, changed his mind a half hour later and scheduled the appointment for 11 am the next morning. At 4 pm the driver finally arrived.
A E Transport was suppose to deliver my car on 3/2/08. The driver had arrived in Olathe, KS late in the evening on 3/1/08. I live 35 miles from this location. This company made lame excuses all week as to why they hadn't delivered my car. I spoke with the driver the first time the morning of 3/4/08 and was promised delivery that evening, didn't hear from him again until I called the next morning.
I won't bore you with the details of all the phone calls during the week. Cutting a long story short I was finally able to take possession of my Car on 3/7/08. This was only after threatening police involvement (my son-in-law is a deputyfor that county). I had to drive to Olathe to get the car.
My advice to anyone shipping a car would be to use a service that utilizes a terminal for pickup and delivery. This door to door service was not worth the heart burn.
I must admit, Angel at Crossover Transport seemed to have a sincere interest on 3/7/08.
