I was told i would get the van picked up in 1-3 business days, that is why i paid for the express shipment. It was picked up a week later but i was still charged for the express time. So, our deadline of shipping the van was not met but i guess i can't blame the driver because he had nothing to do with it since it was the dispatcher that told me he could get to me in 1-3 days. I guess i would use them again, but i would give them a bigger window of time due to their lack of promptness on my first impression with using them. Overall, my experience was ok.
