Ralph, and all customer service/client relations personnel at Cross Country Auto Transport, made shipping our vehicle from the Midwest to the East Coast a stress-free experience; however, it was also cost-effective and time-saving.
Communication with our driver, from Gettysburg Auto Transport, was available from our initial reservation, and throughout the duration of the transfer itself. GAT also provided us with excellent customer service. We had an issue with the vehicle's battery upon GAT's arrival for pick-up, which the driver assisted in resolving!
Due to everyone's excellent communication, respect for our vehicle, and prompt arrival/delivery times, we have decided to utilize both CCAT and GAT for our upcoming move! Our initial reservation date had to be pushed back, but we weren't even required to submit an additional security deposit. Now, that is great customer service! The driver even agreed to keep our order for the later date...
