I decided to go with Cross Country and gave my information but did not complete the authorization form. I canceled based on user reviews but was still charged a deposit (NEVER SIGNED THE AUTHORIZATION FORM!)
Got a call from the driver the day I was leaving, saying he was on his way!!! What?? The order had been canceled! I feel sorry for the driver.
Called Beth to ask why I was charged even though I didnt sign the auth form and was rushed off the phone with a "yea yeah its going to be refunded". Hasnt been yet. My credit card company will force the refund.
