Mr. Trainer called in on Dec.1st, and hired as the broker to have his 2000 Chevrolet Cavalier picked on 12/16-12/17, because he was going to be leaving town on, or before the 18th. He advised us that he will leave the keys with someone if the vehicle was picked up any later. The dates are estimated. We can not guarantee 1 day for pick up, delivery, or time in transit. We do our best to estimate these time frames. On 12/9 we hired West Coast Auto Transport to pick up Mr. Trainers vehicle for the 10th, or the 12th. We do not lie about being a broker, we even send over contract that states bluntly that we are ONLY the broker. Mr. Trainer did sign that contract, and send it back to us. So we were under the impression that he knew that we are only a broker. When Mr. Trainer called in for refund he was told that his file would be sent over to the billing department for review. We have to verify all the information with the driver before we automatically giving a customer a refund. After review we were going to credit his account to come to find out that he had already disputed the charges. We apologize any inconvenience that this may have caused him.
