In regards to Mr. Orellana complaint, I would like to apologize on behalf of our company for the way Mr. Orellana feels. Mr.Orellana did contract with us on 9/26/2005, to have his vehicle picked up on an estimated pick up date of 11-1, or 11-2. These dates like I said are estimated. We can NEVER guarantee a pick up, delivery, or transit time. We do our best to keep customers informed of any changes. Now Mr. Orellana did contract with us for the cost of $975 dollars, and did end up paying $1,075. The additional amount of money added on to his cost was for fuel. These drivers that are hired to pick up vehicles are all independent, and have the right if need be to add on a fuel surcharge. I can understand the frustration, and again apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused.
