My father died unexpectedly while on a trip. Creative Rides hung in there with us until we knew what we should do with the car. Once we decided, they got the transport arranged and even got the car back to us before the funeral! Thanks Andrew.
The only frustration was having to submit the confirmation several times- the connection (server?)was very slow
