I was shipping my BMW M3 cross country. It was very stressful for me. I had a specific day that I needed the car pick-ed up and I was open on when I received it as I would have another car I could use while at my destination. The true charachter of the company is shown in how they handled the little problems I had. There was a little hick-up with the pick-up but Creative rides and the transporter, Towne Automotive Brokers(VA), were excelent in handling things. Car was shipped during very bad weather across the country so I was not surprised that it was late in arrival. I loved that every time I called Creative or Towne Automotive they did apologize for the delay but reassured me that the car had no problems as that was my major concern. Frnak with Towne Automotive is customed to handling higher end cars, so he treated my vehicle very professionally. I would use both companies again any time I ship my cars.
