I dealt with Lewis at CountryWide from estimate until he'd found a carrier to transport my vehicle. He was most helpful in explaining the process and setting up the shipment. Within hours of the time I signed up for the shipment he had a carrier assigned.
My car was picked up earlier than originally estimated, in fact it was the day after I signed up for the move. The driver from Donnie's, Mike, was friendly and professional while loading my vehicle. The car was delivered the day before their estimate and I'm told that it was in perfect condition.
After comparing my positive experience to most of the other reviews, I'm wondering if there are two different companies with the same name. I didn't discover this site until after shortly after I'd already contracted with CountryWide. After reading the poor reviews I was really worried about what I'd gotten myself into. But after my experience, I'd have no qualms about going through CountryWide if I were to ship another car.
