Contracted with Countrywide in Nov. for transport in Jan. Confirmed date 1 week prior. Car never picked up. Called almost daily for 1 week, assured would be contacted by driver. They never contacted me to keep apprised of status. After 1 week, when it was clear they didn't have a driver, canceled contract. Told I would get refund. That was 3 months ago and still no check. Have talked to Al probably 15-20 times. Always told there was no problem, he was getting paper work to accounting, etc. Even told me 6 weeks ago I could call and he'd give me the check number. When I filed a report with the BBB, he said he would stall for the full 1 month allowed, promised if I dropped the complaint, I would have my money in 1 week, that was 5 weeks ago. Can see why they have an F rating on the BBB site and multiple complaints here. Don't go near these guys.

A REFUND CHECK FOR THIS CUSTOMER WAS ISSUED AND MAILED OUT ALREADY.THIS CUSTOMER IS COMPLAINING THAT THEY NEVER RECEIVED A CHECK BUT WE HAVE PROOF THAT THIS CHECK WAS SENT OUT.
