they dont honor quotes!

Please - anyone who is looking to use this company - STAY AWAY! I had emailed a lot of companies for quotes on a Saturday and had tentititvely booked one through another company, but never signed any paperwork. Cosmos lowballed me a lower price so I canceled my other order, and decided to use them! That was the bigest mistake I made! I called them after going through the cancelation process of the other company (Autorail), but when Cosmos called me back they said they wouldn't honor the quote because I was booked with someone else. I told him I wasn't and that the other order was canceled but he said he couldn't honor the quote and wouldn't take my business. I told him I could fax him proof that the other order was canceled, but he said he couldn't ship it. I asked a couple different questions to see if he was "in bed" with the other company and one of the questions he answered that they subcontracted the other company for the work so he couldnt do it. I thought price fixing was illegal in the US but I guess not, this industry is not regulated, and don't make the mistake of shopping around because you will pay more in the long run! This company will probably go out of business soon with their kind of business practices, but for anyone else checking their references online - DONT USE THEM - RUN AWAY! That would be my advice!! I ended up getting so frustrated that I rented a car one way to go get my vehicle I bought online.

We do not take orders if the customer has the order placed with another company allready (doublebooking).
