I was very happy withte service I received from Coastal Auto TRansport in shipping my car from Florida to New York City. By contrast to other companies wanting to take my order without guaranteeing a pick up date and claiming that I was ordering too close to the date, Phil was very honest and down to earth. Not only was the price better than the other quates I had received, but Phil also quickly found a reputable transport company and offered me an exact price and DATE BEFORE I placed an order. The transport company was also very easy and pleasant to deal with. Everyone returned my calls and did not mind my multiple "making sure" calls. Everyone seemed very open about the uncertainties of the process, which were minimal: the car was picked up and dropped off within 3 hours of the approximate set time, and the pick-up date was only 3 days after my initial call.
