They hired an uninsured 3rd party to transport - the guy DROVE our van (which needed various work and should not have been driven without that work done!)... when he arrived to pick up the van from the seller, he loaded it only a flat bed. Had a 2nd guy with him. Then apparently after pulling away he unloaded the van off his truck, DROVE IT cross country (presumably so he could get an extra vehicle into one transport trip), left gas tank empty, damaged the hood support, antenna, and ENGINE CRADELE, lost the tire jack, and left OPEN BEER CANS in the van.
The owner, Paul, then told me that he HAD NO INSURANCE THAT WOULD COVER THIS EITHER!!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
