Chips was recommended to me by a local Mercedes dealer who had used them before. I had no prior knowledge of Chips and I was absolutely delighted with their service. They said what they would do and did what they promised. Particularly noteworthy was their excellent communication through the whole process. When a car is traveling all the way across the country, that can be a scary mystery to the owner. Chips was terrific! I always understood how matters were proceeding. The car arrived in mint condition in the earliest part of the arrival window they had estimated, I would use them again and I recommend them without reservation or hesitation.
