driver joe extorted 570.00 more dollars than i had contracted for, he would not release cars unless i paid him 4000.00 in cash. told me i need to call the company to fix it. i had documentation showing that i owed 3430.00 not 4000.00. i have contacted the bbb and state offices reguarding their licenses. the company refuses to reimburse me. this has to be illegal, and i cannot believe no one else complains to the state license department.
