After talking to a sales person (James) about the weight of my $4000 Air compressor which I was going to ship it to Texas from LA , he tried to just arrange the shipment and satisfy me to book the shipment. He assured me that everything is covered on that price, just to book it. He new my other offers by 2 other trucking companies. they dropped the 1400 Lb air compressor and broke every imaginable part off of it Where ? I don't know?. In return, after 2 monthsof waiting uncertain, I am getting a lousy $140 for my loss. please deal direct with the companies. Cut the middle man off of your deal. they pass the responsibility to each other.Most probably the truck driver was drunk and my air compressor rolled 100 times in the truck , prior getting to Texas
