It was my first time placing an order online. They were very quick about calling me back and have me placed the order without reviewing or describing how the auto will be picked up or shipped. All they asked was that I have to place 100 dollar deposit. I placed the order on Jan 7 and had indicated the importance of having it picked up by the 14th, the staff said it should be a problem at all. They never followed up on the date!! I emailed them many times to see if a date could be promised, they only reply saying they are trying their best. On the 16th, I finally request a full refund, then the staff responded quickly that their website stated no refund after 72 hrs or placement. This is a deceitful company - if they cannot deliver the service, they should return the deposit, they shouldn't have charged me the deposit if they could not located a carrier. I spoke to other companies about this, they were able to pick up my car in 2 days and ship in a week. What a lie.

We did get a hauler for your car. The hauler tried to set the pick up day and time with you and you would not let the car go. You wanted to make the hauler wait till the next day after your got off work. And the hauler could not wait. He had other customers to deliver and pick up from on his route from CAL to MASS. So we canceled with this hauler and put it back on the board. Then you called and canceled. We did our job one time and tried to do it again. Thank You !
