Diane from Cascade was very pleasant and always kept me informed regarding the shipment of my vehicle from New Jersey to Florida. Cascade picked up my car within two days of their initial estimate, and it would have been delivered in three days if ABA Transport hadn't dropped the ball. Andre from ABA finally delivered it after six days - and he was a wonderful driver, very professional, and went the extra mile to do the right thing. It's just a shame he works for ABA - they never returned my calls and hung up on me when I finally got someone on the phone. Diane from Cascade helped me by following up with them, and I'm very grateful to her. I would use Cascade again, provided that they don't contract with ABA Transport. Thanks, Diane!
