Does everything always go perfect in shipping a vehicle across the US? No, definitely not. But I think the key customer service point when everything doesn't go as planned is communication.
That's where I think Cascade succeeded is informing me, the customer, that there has been a delay and what to expect with the shipment of my vehicle.

The price was better than anything I found on uShip and a far superior experience in communication and customer service.

I wouldn't hesitate in using Cascade again for shipping a vehicle again if I needed to.
